About Me
I am a young, and experienced therapist, specializing in working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community, personality disorders, suicidal ideation and emotional dysregulation. These sound like overwhelming things to work through, and they absolutely can be. But with the support of a therapist, who provides unconditional positive regard, and challenges you to think in different ways, confidence and self empowerment can be found.
I provide individual sessions, as well as family sessions when appropriate. My clients are welcome to bring whomever they would like to sessions; partners, siblings, etc, to address conflict.
I bring a relaxed environment, incorporating humor, pop-culture and creativity into sessions.
I am currently pre-licensed and receive supervision from Gina Stango, LCSW, Zack Elisio LMFT and Kayti Protos, LCSW.
